Beginning this year, families can register new or re-enrolling students entirely online from any device – no office visit required. Our new online system via Arbiter Sports provides a faster, secure, and 24/7 convenient way to complete forms and upload required documents. Who Needs to Register Online? Please use the new online system if your student is: New to the Troy City School District Re-enrolling in the District Entering Kindergarten (Must be 5 years old by December 1) Enrolling in Universal Pre-K (UPK) A non-public or charter school student seeking District services (such as transportation or health services) How do I register my student online for Troy CSD? Prepare Your Documents: Before you begin, have digital copies or clear phone photos ready of your student’s doctor-signed physical, up-to-date immunization records, proof of age (birth certificate), parent/guardian photo ID, and two proofs of residency (e.g., recent utility bill, signed lease, or mortgage statement). Fill Out the Form: Visit our registration page to launch the Arbiter online portal. You can pause and return to your form at any time. Submit and Wait for Confirmation: After clicking submit, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Please note that your child’s registration is not complete until you receive final verification from our Central Registration Department. Need Assistance with School Registration?
