Steve Ferguson Named Director of Alumni Relations at KCU

Kentucky Christian University appointed Steve Ferguson as Director of Alumni and Church Relations. Ferguson, a 1983 KCU graduate, previously served as lead pastor at Southport Heights Christian Church and held leadership roles at Christian Children's Home of Ohio.

In the new position, Ferguson will build networks of alumni and church partners to support student enrollment, mentorship, ministry collaboration, and fundraising. The role supports KCU's "For the Good of the Cause" initiative.

"Steve Ferguson embodies the heart and mission of Kentucky Christian University," said Dr. Terry Allcorn, KCU president. "His proven leadership in ministry and advancement, combined with his lifelong connection to KCU, positions him to expand our reach and impact."

Ferguson will work alongside his wife, Joan, who has served in ministry with him for over four decades. "Joan and I have devoted our lives to ministry, and we are grateful for this opportunity to serve together at KCU," Ferguson said.
