Kentucky Christian University DNP Program | Fall 2026
Kentucky Christian University will accept students into its Doctor of Nursing Practice program beginning this fall. The online program, delivered through KCU Ascend, targets working nurses seeking advanced credentials without leaving their jobs.
Students complete coursework in clinical leadership, evidence-based practice, health care policy, quality improvement, and organizational change. The DNP prepares nurses for leadership roles in clinical practice, health care systems, and nursing education.
"This program is designed to equip nurses with the advanced knowledge, leadership skills, and evidence-based practice expertise needed to improve patient outcomes and lead meaningful change in health care," said Dr. Carol Brickey, dean of the Yancey School of Nursing.
Applications are open now. The enrollment deadline is July 1, 2026. Prospective students can find program information at kcu.edu/doctorate-of-nursing-practice-dnp or apply at kcu.edu.
