Dutton Town Office The office for the town of Dutton is also the fire hall, located at 11 Main Street West. We handle all town business including water/sewer billing, construction applications, and dog licensing. We are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the town. Mayor Susan Fleshman is in the Office Monday through Thursday 10-1. Public Works Director/Clerk/Finance Officer Jeremiah Kjensmo is in the Office Monday through Friday 8-1. Assistant Clerk/Billing Clerk Sayde Wallace is in the Office Monday through Friday 8-1. Public Works Assistant Evan Gouchenour is in the Office Monday through Friday 8-1. Council Members Frank (Pete) Klein, Patricia Bayala, Candace Ellsworth, and Collette Wilson are at the Office for the Town Council Meetings that are held on the first Monday of every month, unless that happens to land on an observed holiday, in which case the time and date will be posted with the meeting agenda. Dutton Town Council Meeting Agenda Once a year, in compliance with the MT Department of Environmental Quality, the Town of Dutton releases it's annual Consumer Confidence Review.
