Dense Fog Advisory Issued for Central and Western Minnesota Until Noon

A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN for several counties in central and western Minnesota, effective until noon today, September 30.
While fog conditions are reportedly improving, motorists are advised to be prepared for reduced visibility throughout the rest of the morning. The NWS anticipates the fog will fully dissipate by noon.
The affected counties include Douglas, Todd, Stevens, Pope, Stearns, Lac Qui Parle, Swift, Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Meeker, Wright, Yellow Medicine, Renville, McLeod, Sibley, Redwood, Brown, and Nicollet.
There are no specific instructions beyond preparedness for reduced visibility.
