The Pasco County Planning Commission (PC) Meeting Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom in New Port Richey will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television. Members of the public can take part in the meeting in-person or virtually.

Pasco 2050 Workshop 10:00 a.m. Planning Meeting 1:30 p.m. To participate in the Public Comment and/or Public Hearing section of the Agenda: Via WebEx during the meeting: You must pre-register by completing a Public Comment Form or by calling Customer Service at 727.847.2411 by 4 p.m. April 15, 2026. In Person: You can address the Board from the podium inside the boardroom. You can also e-mail comments, and any supporting materials, to [email protected]. Please note: we are not able to accept flash drives or other plug & play devices for presentations. E-mails will be sent to Board members; however, e-mails will not be read out loud at meetings and will not be included as part of official meeting records, unless authorized by the Commission. The proposed ordinance amends the Village’s Land Development Code to create regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk, 9705 East Hibiscus Street, Palmetto Bay, Florida, during regular business hours. All interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The hearing may be continued to such time and place as determined by the Village Council at the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, all persons with disabilities who require special accommodations to participate in this hearing should contact the Village Clerk at (305) 259-1234 no later than two business days prior to the hearing.
