MEMORANDUM: Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Former Representative Pat Patterson October 2 2026 TO:           Brian Fienemann, Director of Real Estate Management and Development                  Jeff Brower, County Council Chair, Volusia County                  Chris Cloudman, Mayor, City of DeLand FROM:     Governor Ron DeSantis DATE:      Friday, October 2, 2026  RE:            Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Former Representative Pat Patterson On Monday, September 21, 2026, Former Representative Pat Patterson passed away at the age of 77. To honor Former Representative Pat Patterson, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol in Tallahassee, Florida, the Volusia County Courthouse, and DeLand City Hall from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
