INVITATION TO BID (ITB) NO. 2024-010 TITLE: SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS Jupiter Island Utilities is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) submersible pumps. Interested and qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals for this project. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of the pumps, ensuring they meet the specified technical requirements and are fully operational upon completion. Sealed bids will be received by the Jupiter Island Utilities Administration Office located at 2085 Conn Road, Jupiter Island, FL 33455 until 2:00 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bid documents, including detailed specifications and requirements, are available for download from the Jupiter Island Utilities website at fl-jupiterislandutilities.civicplus.com/Bids.aspx or may be obtained from the Utilities Office. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the Jupiter Island Utilities Administration Office. All prospective bidders are required to attend this meeting. Jupiter Island Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
