NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT CITY ORDINANCE 2024-07 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of South Pasadena, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of City Ordinance 2024-07 on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, during the regular City Commission meeting scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Auditorium located at 7047 Sunset Drive South Pasadena, FL 33707. ORDINANCE 2024-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 6, ENTITLED ‘BUSINESSES,’ BY CREATING A NEW ARTICLE VII, ENTITLED ‘MOBILE FOOD DISPENSING VENDORS,’ TO PROVIDE REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF MOBILE FOOD DISPENSING VENDORS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH PASADENA; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS; ESTABLISHING OPERATIONAL STANDARDS; PROVIDING FOR PERMITTING AND FEES; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY APPEAR AT THE MEETING AND BE HEARD WITH RESPECT TO THE ORDINANCE.
