Franklin Water Line Replacement in Westview Heights

Staff Writer
June 11, 2026
Franklin Replaces Aging Water Lines in Westview Heights

Franklin replaced aging water lines in the Westview Heights neighborhood starting in March, requiring crews to excavate residential yards. The city completed yard repairs by the end of April.

The upgrades improve water pressure and water quality while enhancing fire protection for the neighborhood. The project replaced older pipes that no longer met current standards for water delivery and fire suppression.

City officials thanked residents for their patience during construction.
