Federal agencies are not intensifying research efforts for the current El Niño to the degree seen in 2015. This decision comes as El Niño conditions develop and influence weather patterns globally. The 2015 El Niño corresponded with significant weather events, including record rainfall in South Carolina.
UConn, South Carolina Set for November Basketball Showcase
UConn and South Carolina will meet again on November 26 at the Mohegan Sun Arena as part of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase. This game follows their previous Final Four matchup. UCLA will also play St. John's at the event.
