NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 2024-14 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 6, ENTITLED “BUSINESSES,” ARTICLE VII, ENTITLED “REGULATIONS OF MEDICAL CANNABIS DISPENSING FACILITIES,” BY AMENDING SECTIONS 6-200, 6-201, 6-202, 6-203, 6-204, 6-205, 6-206, 6-207, AND 6-208, TO BE CONSISTENT WITH STATE LAW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Said Public Hearing will be held at the City Hall Council Chambers, 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, on June 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. A complete copy of this Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
