Fort Pierce is a place of incredible natural beauty and vibrant community spirit, and our mission is to protect and enhance it for everyone to enjoy. For too long, we’ve seen litter and waste bringing the city down and harming the natural beauty. But we’re here to change that with real solutions that bring the community together to make a lasting impact.
Introducing the "Keep Fort Pierce Beautiful - Our City. Our Responsibility." education campaign on littering and recycling. Through this campaign we seek to inform and educate our community about the harms of litter and how you can play an active role in making our city cleaner and more beautiful than ever before.

Litter and waste should never stand in the way of community pride and safety.
A cleaner city fosters stronger neighborhoods, a healthier environment and welcomes economic opportunities.
Every small action – from picking up a piece of litter to joining a clean-up event – adds up to big change.
Clean-Up Made Simple: We know your time is valuable. That’s why we offer straightforward resources and easy-to-join events that genuinely make it fun and easy to become part of the community. We offer the Adopt-A-Road Program, Quarterly Community Cleanups and the Annual Great American Cleanup Event. Through your participation in these programs, you can request free supplies such as buckets, trash bags, vests, pickers, and gloves. Helping our city stay clean has never been easier.
See it. Collect it. Report it. Whenever you see litter, help by collecting it into a trash bag and dispose of it properly. Make sure to report it through our Litter Cleanup Report Form. So that we can track our impact, recognize you for your hard work and so that you can also request trash bag removal.

More than just athletics, this program helps young players develop confidence, teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills that will serve them both on and off the field.
Parents can feel confident knowing their child is participating in a structured program that emphasizes safety, skill development, and positive coaching. Every practice and game is designed to keep kids moving, learning, and smiling.

Our 6U division introduces our youngest athletes to the exciting world of football through non-contact flag football. With an emphasis on fun and safety, our 6U players build confidence while developing a love for the game in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
🏈 8U Division
The 8U division continues skill development while gradually introducing more structured gameplay. Coaches work closely with athletes to build strong foundations that prepare them for the next level.
🏈 10U Division
The 10U division brings increased strategy and competitive play while maintaining a strong emphasis on sportsmanship. Players begin to deepen their understanding of teamwork and accountability.
🏈 12U Division
In the 12U division, athletes refine their skills and prepare for middle school-level competition. Our goal is to help players build resilience, confidence, and pride in representing their community.
🏈 14U Division
The 14U division is designed for athletes preparing for high school football. This level challenges athletes to elevate their performance while maintaining strong character and sportsmanship.

Congratulations to Eddie Davis, Head Coach of the 2021 14U team, and the entire roster for an outstanding championship season. The 2021 14U team earned national recognition by finishing the year with a perfect 17-0 record, capturing the National Championship through hard work, dedication, and teamwork. This remarkable achievement celebrates one of the program's most memorable and successful seasons."
Youth Banner Art Showcase
"The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) Youth Banner Art Showcase invited K-12 students to showcase their artistic creativity by designing new streetlight pole banners. Through this program, the FPRA funds the production and installation of the banners to be displayed within the designated redevelopment area, offering a unique platform for students to showcase their talents. This program not only celebrates local youth but also enhances public spaces with vibrant, student-inspired art.
The Youth Banner Art Showcase program received an enthusiastic response, with 82 Fort Pierce students—from kindergarten through high school—submitting original artwork. Student designs will be showcased on banners displayed throughout the Peacock Arts District. The names of the participating students and their designs are listed below.
The FPRA Board approved moving forward with all designs submitted for the Youth Banner Art Showcase. Staff is currently coordinating with participants and is awaiting a few remaining signed License Agreements to complete the administrative process.
Once finalized, the project will move forward with banner production and installation."
