ICE Agents Fatally Shoot Colombian Man in Maine, Second Deadly Force Incident in a Week

BIDDEFORD, MAINE — Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shot and killed a Colombian man in Biddeford on Thursday. This incident represents the second time in one week that ICE agents have discharged firearms, resulting in a fatality.

Bystander video footage captured agents attempting to stop a white sedan. The vehicle was moving in circles within an intersection in Biddeford, a town southwest of Portland.
