Woman Arrested in Palm Bay Storage Facility Shooting
Kandice Jo Pierce was arrested October 11 after shooting an employee at a Palm Bay storage facility during a dispute over a rental unit.

Palm Bay Police arrested Kandice Jo Pierce on October 11 in connection with a shooting at Stor All Management, 4630 Babcock Street NE.
Pierce shot an employee during a dispute over a storage unit, police said. The employee sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Pierce rented the storage unit where the shooting occurred. Another woman was present at the time.
Authorities charged Pierce with Attempted First Degree Murder. She also faced an unrelated arson charge. Police arrested her without incident after locating her at a Racetrack on Palm Bay Road.
