It notes that current amounts for Code Enforcement Liens, Open Permits, and Open Code Cases are listed as $0, with placeholders for a Lien Release amount and a Total Amount Due.

A $50 fee accompanies each lien research request. This fee covers administrative costs for researching and compiling property information.
