Chief Judge Bertila Soto Lifetime Achievement Award

Chief Judge Bertila Soto received the Dade County Bar Association's Lifetime Achievement Award on March 23 at the organization's 2024 Installation Gala.

Soto has led the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida since 2013, overseeing one of the nation's largest trial court systems. The circuit handles cases across Miami-Dade County, which has nearly 3 million residents.

The award recognizes her decade-plus tenure managing court operations, implementing policy changes, and representing the circuit in state and national judicial organizations.
