There are times when a voter record must be cancelled. When a voter initiates the cancellation they must notify the elections office at their earliest convenience:
Move Out of State
By law, a voter can only be registered in the state that is considered to be their primary residence. They must not be registered to vote in more than one place at a time. In the event that a voter moves out of state, they must notify the elections office by completing a removal request form. Deceased Family Member
A voter who has lost a loved one can request removal of the deceased family member from the voter rolls by submitting a copy of the death certificate. Click here to download and print the Deceased Removal Request form Deceased Family Member.
