Robert E. “Bob” Cooper Jr., 78, of Frankfort, passed away June 3, 2026 in his home.  He was born on June 26, 1947 in Oliver Springs, Tennessee to Robert E. Cooper Sr. and Carrie (Freels) Cooper.  He married Christie Lynch in 1992 and she survives.Bob earned his GED from Frankfort Schools and served in the United States National Guard as a medic.  He was a demolition contractor in the Clinton County area and retired from Frito Lay after several years.  Bob was a hard worker and loved to tinker around his property.Surviving along with his wife: Christie are his children: Eric Cooper, Rene Ellis, and Chad Myers, siblings: Truman, Bonnie, Jane, and Phyllis, along with 3 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Winston, Paul, Lena, Linda, Mike, Peggy, Brenda, and Lori.In accordance with Bob’s wishes, no services will be held.  Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center and Clinton County Crematory, 501 East Clinton Street, Frankfort are honored to assist with services.  Memorial Donations may be made in Bob’s name to Archer-Weston Funeral & Cremation Center to assist with final expenses or to the Clinton County Humane Society, P.O.
