NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider Ordinance 2024-15, an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances, Appendix D, Schedule I - Speed Limits. SAID HEARING will be held on the 27th day of June, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall, 105 South 2nd Street, Flagler Beach, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
