Schedule An Appointment through USPS.com for passport services. The appointment scheduling system allows customers to: Choose a service type including New Passport Only, New Passport with Photo Services, Passport Renewal, Digital Photo Services Only, or Hard Copy Photo Services Only. Specify the number of adults and minors under 16 years old (0-6 of each). Search for appointments by location using city, state, or ZIP code with radius options from 1 to 100 miles, or by preferred date up to 4 weeks in advance. Select from available appointment times, with each appointment taking approximately 15 minutes per person. Customers should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Contact information is required including first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Identity verification is required via text message or email verification code. Appointment confirmation includes final confirmation number and estimated USPS charges. Note: Customers must complete and print their passport application form before applying at https://pptform.state.gov. Passport Renewal: Customers eligible to renew by mail or online should select those options rather than scheduling in-person appointments. Those not eligible must choose a 'New Passport' service option. USPS Digital Photo Services are available at many locations and comply with US Department of State regulations. Appointments cannot be made on holidays. Walk-in passport hours are available at select locations for those unable to verify identity online or schedule appointments. The system provides customer support through FAQs and allows customers to manage, modify, or cancel scheduled appointments.
