Dear Resident, We are writing to inform you about the upcoming construction work that will include Casements Drive, S. Halifax Drive, and Fluhart Drive. The temporary traffic control devices will be installed starting June 1, 2026 and will be in place throughout the extent of the project. The construction will involve the installation of a 16" HDPE sewer force main. The work will be carried out between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This construction will temporarily have an impact on the normal flow of traffic and sidewalks. We will take steps to minimize disruption and ensure the safety of all residents. Please follow all traffic signs and detours. Additional notification will take place as the project progresses. The complete and final road restoration will be scheduled towards the end of the project. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this sanitary sewer upgrade project.
