Public Hearings are held in the City of Deerfield Beach for the approval of the various items that are reviewed by the Development Review Committee (DRC). The location of all boards is in the City Commission Chambers located at 150 N.E. 2nd Avenue. All meetings dates are subject to change. Applicants are expected to be present at all meetings which apply to their application. Full Agenda of meetings are available on this Cit Website under "Meeting Agendas".
