This month and year-round, everyone can play a role in protecting our natural resources and preserving the environment. The need for mindfulness is especially acute now, given the current drought conditions. Get a Free Sprinkler System Check-up St. Pete utility customers are eligible for a free sprinkler system evaluation through the City’s Sensible Sprinkling Program. A local expert will assess your system's efficiency, install a rain sensor, and provide recommendations to help reduce unnecessary water waste. More details and an application are available at www.stpete.org/WaterPrograms. Take Advantage of Irrigation Efficiency Rebates St. Pete residents and businesses can access rebates for installing water-efficient irrigation system components, smart irrigation controllers, and other water-saving devices through the Tampa Bay Water Wise program.
