Lindsay Graham teaches classes that focus on healthy skeletal alignment and creative sequences led by the breath, that cultivate a fun and challenging practice. Bio: Lindsay is a 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with a background in athletics & rock climbing. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years, teaching for 10 years and has over 700hrs of YTT (yoga teacher training). Lindsay got her start by teaching in rock climbing gyms all over Orlando, FL. In addition to primarily teaching alignment yoga, she also loves teaching acro yoga, yin yoga, guided meditations, sound healings and yoga nidra.
