Volleysprouts

A co-ed program for 1st and 2nd grade that uses a lighter ball, smaller court segments, and lower nets. Focuses on fun, enjoyment, agility, hand-eye coordination, body movement, and ball control, reinforcing skills through fun drills and incorporating team play.
