WIN's August Virtual Homebuyer Training Class is held over Zoom over three consecutive Tuesday evenings (8/4, 8/11 & 8/18) from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. You must have the internet and the ability to access Zoom in order to participate. Topics include: Home inspections Lenders and loans Homeowners insurance Budgeting & money management Realtors You must attend all three sessions in the same series to receive your certificate. The cost for this class is $35.00 and is nonrefundable and non-transferable. Registration can be completed online or by phone (To complete your registration, payment will need to be received by close of business the Friday before the first class).
