All ages are welcome to join Lisa Norvell, WinterSpring grief expert and yoga instructor, for this grief-informed, trauma sensitive yoga class. Each session also includes time at the end for adult participants to share in a confidential, virtual group setting.
This is an opportunity to move your body and explore your emotions. Learn ways to calm your nervous system, self-regulate, and tend to your broken heart with this virtual, 90-minute experience that includes both instruction and support.
