Transformation Yoga Series with Andre Coles We are excited to welcome Andre Coles of Roots2Rise back to the JCC beginning Friday, July 17. Andre's Transformation Yoga Series focuses on improving quality of life through joint, bone, and muscular health. Through a progressive six-week series, participants will develop strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. The first class on July 17 is FREE and open to everyone, and the easiest place to start as a beginner. Come experience Andre's teaching style and learn more about the series.
