The Power of Self-Care: An Introduction to Lifestyle Medicine w/ Robyn Tiger

About this Event

Click the image to watch a short video from Robyn explaining what this offering includes. Together in this foundational workshop we'll explore the difference between healthy and unhealthy self-care, introduce the six evidence-based pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, and guide you through a thoughtful self-assessment to help you gain a clear, bird's-eye view of your current well-being. You'll identify what's already serving you, uncover opportunities for growth, and begin creating a personalized roadmap for meaningful, sustainable behavior change. This workshop also serves as the foundation for the rest of our Lifestyle as Medicine series, helping you decide which areas of health and well-being you'd like to focus on in future sessions to help you move forward with confidence! This workshop is a part of the the Lifestyle as Medicine series happening monthly. To learn more about the other upcoming workshops in this series, visit the information page here.
