In honor of Veterans Day and thanks to their support, admission to this screening is FREE for all attendees with a valid Military ID. This ambitious WWII epic chronicles the events of D-Day through the eyes of both the Allied forces and the German defenders caught in one of history's most decisive battles. Featuring an extraordinary ensemble cast--including John Wayne, Robert Mitchum, Richard Burton, Henry Fonda, and Sean Connery--THE LONGEST DAY recreates the Normandy invasion with remarkable scale, authenticity, and attention to detail. A landmark achievement in filmmaking, it remains a powerful tribute to the courage, sacrifice and human stories behind this pivotal point in history.
