The Bishop's Wife (Screen 1)

Dejected by his efforts to raise money to build a new cathedral, Bishop Henry Brougham is visited by a debonair angel named Dudley (Cary Grant). With the exception of Henry, everyone loves Dudley. But as Christmas approaches, Henry begins to believe that this guardian angel is there to replace him at work and in his family's affections. Featuring a charismatic performance from Cary Grant, THE BISHOP'S WIFE is a delightful yet underrated Christmas gem.
