Our hands-on program teaches more than recipes – campers build leadership, sharpen public speaking skills, practice teamwork, and explore the arts and science of fine foods.Working together in small groups, youth learn how to plan, prepare, and present delicious dishes while striving for one shared goal: creating a plate of perfection.
