Join us for Tai Chi summer classes at Jenkins! Tai Chi, a series of postures done slowly, promotes balance, flexibility, and strength. Learn the Tai Chi form, as well as the yin and yang principles that underlie this martial art. Tai Chi is known as a soft martial art because it emphasizes a calm mind and relaxed body. The beauty of Jenkins will create a peaceful backdrop for your practice. All levels welcome. Classes will be held outdoors with an indoor option available for inclement weather.
