Using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, this session invites participants to experience sound not just as something we hear, but as something we feel. As you rest comfortably, layers of soothing vibrations will guide you into a meditative state, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore a sense of balance. This class offers a gentle introduction to sound as a tool for relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. No experience is needed--simply come as you are and allow the sounds to wash over you. Participants will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.
