Silverton Shady Ladies

During Silverton’s peak mining years, Silverton was starkly divided by Greene Street. The west side of town was respectable, home to churches, families, and businesses. The east side – specifically Blair Street was a raucous zone packed with up to 24 saloons, gambling dens and bordellos.
