Seeking Safety Group Therapy

Seeking Safety is an evidence-based skills group tailored to women who have experienced trauma or substance use. Seeking Safety offers 25 topics, each representing coping skills relevant to trauma and substance use disorder, such as healthy relationships, healing from anger, and recovery thinking. To promote a safe and effective treatment group, this event is only open to individuals who identify as female. In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are expected to complete ten sessions. Topics can be completed in any order, so you can join the group at any time.
