About this Event
A hands-on afternoon learning to make mozzarella. Includes sampling Mozzarella Caprese, Burrata with Hot Honey, Prosciutto Mozzarella Pinwheels, and Warm Broccolini Balls. Guests take home a 1 lb. ball of made mozzarella. $65 per person, includes a Clover Hill Spirits Cocktail.
