Welcome to the LMJS Saturday Social Runs! The LMJS Weekly Runs email is going out each week with details of all our runs to all our active members.  Run details can also be found on the LMJS instagram for anyone to join us at any level. Runs are typically 3- 9 miles with the possibility of running further.  One distinguishing feature of the Social run is an optional designated breakfast meet up afterwards.  Come join the fun with LMJS!
