Notice of Public Meeting:Wakulla County will hold the following Public Meeting(s) at the Wakulla County Commission Complex, Administration Office, 3093 Crawfordville Highway, Crawfordville, FL 32327; for the purpose of allowing the Selection Committee to hear oral presentations from prospective vendors in response to RFQ 2026-05 Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for Dr. MLK Jr. Memorial Road Multipurpose Path:  Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (if determined necessary) In accordance with Section 286.0113, Florida Statutes, any portion of this selection committee meeting at which a prospective vendor makes an oral presentation, at which a vendor answers questions from the selection committee, or at which the selection committee discusses negotiation strategies will be conducted in private and shall not be open to the public.  A complete recording of the exempt portion of the meeting will be made and available to interested parties in accordance with Florida law. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
