NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING APARTMENT BUILDINGS IN THE C-1 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Paynesville City Council jointly with the Planning Board have set a Public Hearing for the purpose of discussing apartment buildings needing a conditional use permit in the C-1 Central Business District. The public hearing has been set for 6:05 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025 in the City Hall Council Chambers at which time they will hear public comment. You are encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, but wish to express your opinion(s) you may write a letter to the Paynesville City Council and Planning Board stating your comments.  It will be read aloud during the public hearing.  Such letters should be mailed to or dropped off prior to the public hearing at the City of Paynesville, 221 Washburne Ave., Paynesville, MN 56362.
