Carmel Road, Covington, TN, 38019 on Tax Map 69, Parcel 30.00 of approximately 3.325-acres from C-3 (Highway Commercial District) to FAR (Forestry, Agriculture, Residential District) and Rezone 4.77 acres from FAR (Forestry, Agriculture, Residential District) to C-3 (Highway Commercial District), The property is owned by Dennis and Cyndi Roe.
