Halsey Street, Halsey, Oregon. THE PURPOSE of the meeting is to discuss the Proposed 2026-2027 Budget. To view the budget, click HERE or contact City Hall. Any citizen or property owner of the City of Halsey may appear at this hearing and will be given an opportunity to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, any proposed uses.
