(EST), Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in the Finance Office, City Hall, 1029 North Howe Street, Southport, NC 28461, and shall be clearly marked and addressed to the attention of the City Clerk, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Southport Shorefront Improvements Project. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter in the Conference Room, Second Floor, City Hall.The project generally consists of shoreline stabilization, rock revetment construction, beach fill placement, dune restoration planting, post-and-rope fencing installation, and stormwater outfall repairs and extensions. The project includes a Base Bid and Bid Options.A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (EST) via Microsoft Teams.
