The Hooksett Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026 @ 6:00 PM at the Hooksett Town Hall Chambers, 35 Main Street, Hooksett, NH. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss amendments to the Development Regulations under RSA 675:6. The Sections of the Development Regulations that are proposed for amendment are: Part I, Section 5 – Definitions To add a definition for “Change of Use” matching the existing definition in the Zoning Ordinance. Part III, Section 4.01 – Change of Occupancy / Use To specify that applications proposing a change of use, as defined by Part I, Section 5 are reviewed by the Planning Board as a site plan.
