Join The Movement Creative for a 6-week series to learn the basics of parkour. Build your strength, agility, coordination, and mobility with fun drills, partner exercises, and games to learn jumping, vaulting, swinging, and how to put it all together. Have a blast while getting strong! Summer on the Hudson events are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, unreserved, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
