The outreach center is open to the public and during open gym hours anyone can come in and utilize the gym/fitness area (complete with cardio equipment, free-weights, cable machines and anything else you would hope to find for your workout) or just come hang out and have some coffee in our community center--go upstairs to enjoy our rec room with a pool table, ping pong table or if foosball is your thing, we can always strike up a friendly game of that as well! If you are feeling any kind of anxiety or apprehension about walking through our doors for the first time, we get that! Just give us a call (585-484-0234) or shoot us an e-mail ([email protected] mailto:[email protected] ) and we will set you up with someone who can meet you at the center and give you a tour and talk to you about your goals and help you get off on the right foot!
