TOWN OF SCHROON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 1 OF 2000 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Schroon, Essex County, New York will meet at the Town Offices of the Town of Schroon, Essex County, New York located at 15 Leland Ave, Schroon Lake NY 12870, on the 15th day of October at 4:50 p.m. for the purposes of conducting a Public Hearing on amending Ordinance #1 of 2000 entitled An Ordinance Regulating the cost of discharging water and waste into the public sewer system It is the purpose of this amendment to the local law is to create a Town wide Fee Schedule Document. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a said Public Hearing to be held at the time and place set forth above, the Town Board will consider this Ordinance amendment and hear all parties interested therein concerning the same. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the full text of proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 1 of 2000 may be obtained upon request from the Town Clerk of the Town of Schroon.
