This all-levels yoga class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation while reflecting on our connection to the ocean and the living world it supports. As you move through the practice, we'll explore themes of balance, resilience, and stewardship--values that echo Mote's mission of marine science education and ocean conservation. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this peaceful start to the day invites you to reset your mind and body before the Aquarium opens to the public. Registration for Morning Yoga does not include admission to the Aquarium. Aquarium admission is not included with yoga registration. You do not need to purchase admission to attend this event. If the class minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled.
