Set in the serene surroundings of the Fountain Court, this special session features yoga and meditation led by Emily Awad, founder of Mudita Wellness, Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga School, and Moss & Moon Wellness. An experienced ERYT-500 yoga teacher, and holistic practitioner, Emily brings a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to healing that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. The experience is accompanied by an immersive live soundscape from Harold Taddy (The Gong Situation).
